31st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Our next Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 4:30 pm at the Carrefour de la finance durable, located at:

2175, De Maisonneuve Boulevard East
Montreal (Québec) H2K 4S3

The notice of meeting, all official documents, and access links for attending in person or online will be published in mid-August.

The Board of Directors is composed of 15 members. Of these, eight are elected by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), including four selected through a call for nominations.

At the AGM, shareholders will elect two directors for a two-year term. Nominations must be submitted and received by Fondaction no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 29, 2026.

How can I be nominated for a position?

First, please read the following document entitled “Nomination Process (PDF)”:

Then, download the following Nomination Form and fill it in on your screen:

Once the Nomination Form is completed, choose one of the following three options to send it:

• • Option 1:
    Send the form unsigned, to the following email address: avislegal@fondaction.com.
    You will then be requested by Fondaction to sign your form using a digital signature through an email and text message.
  • Option 2:
    Print the form, physically sign it, and send a scanned copy by email to the following email address: avislegal@fondaction.com.
  • Option 3:
    Print the form, physically sign it and send it by regular mail to the following address, to the attention of the Legal Counsel, Governance:
