Use of personal information

To provide you with the best possible experience, Fondaction, Bâtirente and all subsidiaries of either of them may share with each other personal information regarding their members, shareholders or clients. In this context and subject to applicable legal terms and conditions, you may be asked to give consent to the collection, retention, use or communication of your personal information by each of Fondaction, Bâtirente and all of these entities’ subsidiaries.

Such consent will be valid for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and as permitted or required by law.

Any personal information collected may be handled by the employees of Fondaction, Bâtirente or any of their subsidiaries and communicated to any of the aforementioned entities’ service provider or mandatary with whom it is necessary to communicate the information, located in Québec or which may be located outside of Québec, in particular any company offering cloud services, software, communication services, advertising services, etc.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending reasonable notice by completing the form, or by mail, to 2175 De Maisonneuve Blvd. East, suite 103, Montréal, Québec H2K 4S3 or by contacting Shareholder Services at 514 525-5505. Fondaction will notify upon reasonable notice Bâtirente and all its subsidiaries of any such withdrawal to allow them to also give effect to it. Legal or contractual requirements may prevent withdrawal of consent. Any such withdrawal may also limit the ability of Fondaction, Bâtirente or any of these entities’ subsidiaries to respond to a request submitted to them.
