Election of two members of the Board of Directors  

Fondaction is inviting nominations for the election of two members of its Board of Directors, which be held at the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders on September 17.  

Fondaction’s Board of Directors is composed of members from diverse backgrounds, including four members elected by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. This year, two positions are up for election, for two-year terms.  

This call aims to enable shareholders to take part in Fondaction’s democratic life. 

Who can apply?  

Anyone who meets the criteria set out in the AGM documents and wishes to play an active role on the board of directors is invited to apply.  

How to apply  

Interested individuals are invited to submit their applications in accordance with the specified procedures. The nomination form is available on the AGM page.
